What Can Change For You?

“Nothing phases you,” my client said to me. 

“Of course things phase me”, I said, but I knew what she meant.

When I became a Not Dead Yet woman, life changed dramatically. 

I started getting up early for coffee, me time and journaling to help me have a calm day.

Lunchtime walks became a non-negotiable no matter how busy I was.

I set boundaries around how often I would check emails, messages, social media – all those distractions that previously made me feel stressed.

I became a more present mum – no longer bored by the games I was invited (and sometimes bossed around haha) to play.

And every evening, I’d calmly do my skincare routine – no longer depleted of energy, knowing the next day would go as well as that one had, no matter what unpredictability came my way.
