Finding Time For Your Goal

Your schedule feels very complex. I get it, so does mine.

But listen to this:

  • My airline pilot client never knew what day she'd be flying for work

  • My lawyer client was expected to work a 60 hour week with very little idea what work was coming in the next day

  • My personal trainer client works 5am-9am and then 5pm-9pm to accommodate her clients

How could they set a Not Dead Yet goal and get it done with those schedules?

It did work for all of them, because I had the belief that they weren't too unique to have the life they wanted.

Here's what they've said:

The pilot on her stopover:

"It's late body clock time for me, so I am tired.  My plan is to tackle my to-do list while I'm here, eat healthier, walk and do pilates tomorrow.  Oh, I will have time for coaching myself, too!!”

The lawyer at 6.10pm on a Monday:

"Going home for dinner with the kids. It feels great!"

The personal trainer:

"Two scheduled clients at the time of MY choosing, one scheduled in for a chat on starting up! How did this happen? Haha. Oh wait, coaching with you!"

You are unique, but you're not too unique for Not Dead Yet. Trust me!

Doors are open through 17 October, so join us now.
